Returns & Exchanges

We get it — sometimes things don’t work out.
You have 30 days from delivery to send your item back. Please note this applies to eligible items only (see below).

To qualify, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition — we’re rebels, but not about hygiene.

How Returns Work

  • If you decide to return, you cover the shipping back.

  • We recommend using a trackable service — we’re not responsible for lost returns in postal limbo.

  • Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if it was approved or not.

  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

  • If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved, contact us at hello@americaisrevolting.us.

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received the wrong item or something arrived damaged, email us at hello@americaisrevolting.com within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Our return policy applies to apparel only.
Items like stickers, patches, and other small goods are final sale.
We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item, and once it’s accepted, make a new purchase for the one you want.
